Mindsets That Will Make You Struggle In Society

Everyday humans go through life trying to be happy. You've probably wondered what mentality should you have if you want to survive in society today? Well, what about knowing what mindsets you shouldn't have? Certain mindsets can do you good or do you bad. You should always be aware of what your mindset is. Especially, if you have specific ambitions. Here are Mindsets that will get you nowhere!

The " I can't" Mindset
    This mindset is a well known problem in society today. This mindset can cause very much delay in your success. This mindset prevents you from taking charge of your life. Not only that, you depend on other people to fix everything for you. You start to become a burden and because of that mindset, narcissistic people are more likely to be in your life. People who constantly say they can't do this or they can't do that, give up a lot. Start taking charge of your life. Thing's may seem hard but saying you can't is never the way to go. Only way to conquer a fear is if you walk up to it and face it. Saying you can't just gives it power.

The People Pleaser Mindset
  The people pleaser mindset is a dangerous thought process to have. With this mindset, you can really struggle in society. You start to forget about yourself because you are too busy pleasing others. It's good to please people but becoming a people pleaser is dangerous. A lot of times it's out of fear of losing that person if you don't do what they say or want. Even if you just don't do things for them. Remember that, people need to earn your giving and pleasing. Stop trying to please everyone because in reality, not everyone is gonna give back. This mindset can cause you to lose out on big opportunities and become very heart broken many times. Start learning how to please yourself and make people earn your efforts.

The Catastrophic Mindset
       This mindset is another huge problem in society today. Constantly assuming the worst can become the main cause of failure in your life. Like for example, immediately assuming that you are losing something is a sign of a catastrophic mindset. Instead of thinking of solutions or thinking positively, you are thinking of the worst case scenario. The more you think of the worst, the more the worst is gonna happen. Yes, it is hard to keep positive if you keep dealing with hardships and hurdles but if you keep this negative mindset, your gonna struggle more.

The Perfection Mindset 
   It's good to like things perfect but it can turn bad if you make it into a mindset. This mindset is very toxic because of the fact that these people expect things to be rainbows and butterflies when not everything is perfect. Life is beautiful but it has its flaws. To these people, life shouldn't have any flaws and things have to go their way. If it doesn't, they will become unhappy with their life. There is so much joy these type of people lose out on because they are too worried being a perfectionist. Another thing is, it can really destroy opportunities and your success. This mindset is also a reaction off of fear. A fear of failure. Only way to have certain things perfect is to get rid of that mindset and realize that sometimes you have to deal with hurdles to get where you need.

The Resting Is Lazy Mindset 
   Yes, this is a mindset that is a huge problem in 2023. You are too worried about where you have to be, you don't realize you are wasting time. You are young and scared that if you relax once, you wouldn't succeed in life. Here's the thing, what makes you successful is learning to work hard but also know how to relax for once. Take some self care time and never forget about your health. Overworking yourself can ruin your physical and mental health. Especially as you get older. You have so many years to fulfill. Don't waste your life being too worried if you laid down once something goes wrong. If you waste it, you are going to regret all the amazing things you've missed.

You Have To Struggle To Get what You want Mindset 
    This mindset is a problem in society. No, you don't have to struggle to get where you need. With this mindset, you can get stuck thinking what you are doing is gonna create success but it isn't. It's good to have a mindset of working hard but this mindset is nowhere near apart of that. It can become a danger to your mental and physical health. Mainly because, stress can turn into many bad things. Stressing yourself out is not the way to go. Sometimes you have to realize that not everything in life is hard. The only way it is gonna be hard is if you overthink. This is also part of a catastrophic mindset. Remember that, there are good things in life and you don't have to struggle all the time. It is all about being your own boss and taking things in your hands.


   In conclusion, always knowing and being aware of your mindset is a good thing. Now that you know the bad mindsets, think about the good mindsets. Start remembering your health matters deeply and your mindset can affect many things in your life.
